    I seem to have had the same experience that several others have reported here. I booked 2 weeks in advance and confirmed the night before only to get a phone call the morning of that they were overbooked and no car was available. I could have (and obviously should have) called around more myself for another vehicle, but having been told by three different professional associates that the problem had been escalated to management, I foolishly waited half the day for a call that never came. Since then, no contact, no apology, no accommodation. I'm honestly shocked by that level of non-accountability in this day and age. I had to cancel a visit to a friend, and also my flight out, inconveniencing everyone around me to make last-minute arrangements. Very disappointed.

    I scheduled for a rental at least a couple of weeks prior to my pick up today. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was told that the car had to get an oil change (they didn't say anything about this prior to our pickup) and there would be a wait time on the response for it. Then, I was told another vehicle altogether would have to be picked up and then cleaned out. That pushed our schedule back even further, and I was HEAVILY delayed. It was unprofessional for this to not even have been communicated that the car needed an oil change in the first please. We had to leave someone at a terminal waiting- who has a physical ailment- because of this. So if you want to be on time to your destinations, I do not suggest booking with this location

    I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with this Enterprise location. I made a reservation a full month in advance for a car pickup on December 26 at 8:00 AM, which is when this branch opens. When we arrived right at opening time, the front desk simply told us there was no car available. No apology, no real explanation, and no attempt to help. We were told they had left a voicemail that same morning, less than 10 minutes before our pickup time. That is completely unacceptable. What made this even more frustrating was that there were plenty of cars visibly parked on the lot, but we were told they were all unavailable due to maintenance. Despite this being entirely Enterprise’s failure, we were offered no alternatives, no solutions, and no assistance in finding another vehicle. This situation nearly ruined our vacation plans. After spending over an hour calling other locations ourselves, a different employee finally said the issue was due to a “glitch” during Christmas. Even worse, we were then questioned about why we didn’t book at an airport location—as if this was somehow our fault for not anticipating their system failure. Eventually, after pushing, they called another branch that had a car available. We had to pay for another Uber out of pocket to get there, and the vehicle we received was two tiers lower than what we originally reserved, yet we still paid the original price because we had no other option. Between missing our planned morning schedule, extra transportation costs, unprofessional staff, and receiving a downgraded vehicle, this was by far one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. This location clearly did not prepare properly for the holiday period, and customers paid the price for it.

    ⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I arrived on 12/26/2025 to pick up a confirmed reservation at this Enterprise location and was told there were no vehicles available. We had just flown in from Massachusetts to Tampa, and because Enterprise could not honor the reservation, we were forced to take an Uber to our destination at our own expense. When we asked what Enterprise could do to help since we were essentially stranded, the Assistant Branch Manager told us that helping recover the Uber cost was “above his pay grade.” When we asked what we should do next, we were simply told to “call around” to see if we could find a car elsewhere and were handed an 800 number—no offer of assistance, no attempt to help locate another vehicle, and no empathy. To make matters worse, when I asked for a printed verification confirming that no vehicle was available, I was told the printer was out of ink. A confirmed reservation meant nothing, and the lack of care, ownership, or customer service was shocking. I would strongly caution others against relying on this location if you actually need a vehicle when you arrive.
