    I rent from this Enterprise rental car. The Jeep Wagoneer is very clean. We enjoyed it so much. I didn't get the young lady's name who helped me? She was very short dark hair and I think middle eastern decent. She is so nice and sweet. She definitely deserves a raise. She made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely rent again bc of her. Thx

    I’ve been a customer with Enterprise since 2018 but unfortunately after today I will not be! Ashely knowing I only had a debit card to rent with and knowing her policies decided to put in one of my addresses that she knew would require me to rent with a credit card. On top of this I had just had a car accident yesterday and my friend drive me all the way here to get this rental so I could get to my appointments today. No care she ran on the phone to her manager Laura. She also didn’t listen to what I was advised by customer service. Her professionalism was disgraceful and always trying to be combative towards me having sir conversations with her manager and other customers. She served two other customers who were a different shade of color without any issues but maybe I was the right shade of color for her. This is the first time I’ve been treated this way by Enterprise I will not be renting with them again. Very disappointing. I’m still waiting and will let my insurance team know.

    I am happy with the excellent work and customer service. They are very talented in customer service, especially Mr. Christopher A. Spence, who provided top-notch service in my case. Thank you for making customers feel so welcome and helping us with the paperwork. I speak Spanish and felt very comfortable because the language didn't matter; they kindly helped me with everything.     I came to Tampa for vacation and booked a convertible (or similar) with Enterprise online on February 19th. My reservation was confirmed for Thursday. When I arrived, they called and asked me to push the pickup to the following day. I agreed to accommodate the change. During that call, I specifically asked if I could get something at the same price, and they assured me that I would. When I showed up on Friday, not only was I put into something completely different, but the rate was also $50 more per day. Word of advice: don’t guarantee something just because it’s what someone wants to hear. Be transparent and honest from the start.

    I had the WORST experience today!I waited since 1:30to be picked up from the collision shop. apparently, the Pick Up person was lost for over an hour and 15 minutes. When we finally made it to the location they had no cars. we did waited for an additional two hours until a vehicle became available in which Vivian the assistant store manager was the nastiest rudest person to me as a customer. she needs to be retrained. Her Customer Service is not existent. This store needs to do better if she’s running the store she’s gonna run it right into the ground! don’t waste your time coming to this location if the manager is nasty unwilling to work sitting in the back for majority of the time while the front workers are working it’s a wonder why there are no cars in such poor customer service.
