    I had a great experience with Enterprise thanks to Dillon Buono. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful during both check-in and check-out. Dillon made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and his excellent customer service truly stood out. I really appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to help, he’s a great asset to the Enterprise team.

    The Mercedes-Benz vehicle we rented had a very bad smelly odor causing my system to have asthmatic reactions; dry throat nasal passages eyes watery severe migraine and coughing up phlegm. Error message of low tire pressure. The seats are so uncomfortable; the seat belts cut into your throat, headrests are improperly positioned and the seeds are so uncomfortable with the seat belt connectors punching you in the butt or your side. Forget taking a nap the roads are very painful to your body. The step to the vehicle is very high for elderly and children to get in and out of. Was unable to put bags or luggage near the heating vent it was too hot. The armrest on the ends are totally useless they drop down too low. Cup holders are also a no-no bottles and cans they fall out / don't fit the size. No charger ports. And positive things are Great gas mileage; storage units are great. The sound system is up to date. The driver's seat in front passenger seat is on point. Do it all sides of the vehicle is gigantic.

    I am renting cars and recently truck for pulling my motorcycle trailer. Super friendly and helpful people's!!. I have to buying a tool for the receiver because my gooseneck won't fit and they refunded my money for it without any questions. Great place for renting anything

    Unfortunately, my experience with this location has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent. I booked a rental online through Priceline for a total of $238, taxes and fees included. I understood I would be receiving a basic vehicle and had no issue with that. At pickup, the employee assisting me offered an upgrade to a Toyota Corolla for $11 more per day. When I asked what my new total would be, I was shocked when it jumped to around $420 nearly $200 more for a 5-day rental. I had my own insurance, yet they still attempted to charge me about $30 more than my rental agreement stated, claiming it was for taxes and fees. I showed my itinerary clearly indicating taxes and fees were already included. After that, there was no explanation they simply corrected the charge. Once I got home (I live in Sun City and had picked up the car on my lunch break), I realized the math still didn’t make sense. I was on hold for 20 minutes, only to be told by the same employee that it was “his mistake” and I would need to drive all the way back for it to be fixed. I had to leave work again. When I returned, the employee acted as if he didn’t even recognize me or the situation. Eventually, I was put into an SUV and sent on my way. I later spoke with the branch manager, Ethan, and explained everything. He apologized, gave me his card, and told me he would “take care of” that rental and help me with the next one. That never happened, the rental was not adjusted as promised. Fast forward to December, I needed a pickup truck. I emailed Ethan as instructed, no response. When I later called the branch, Ethan answered and apologized, saying he must have overlooked my email. He told me to come in and they would make it work despite me using a debit card, even offering to arrange pickup in Sun City and promising to email me the details and pricing so I could plan accordingly. That email never came. I followed up again, still nothing. The next day(today), just an hour before closing, I called to check in. Ethan’s response was simply that I would need a credit card to rent a truck, completely contradicting what he had previously assured me he would arrange. So after multiple calls, emails, promises, and wasted time, nothing was done. Mistakes happen! I understand that. But repeated incorrect charges, misinformation, lack of communication, and broken promises are unacceptable. This location’s customer service is unreliable, and unfortunately, I cannot trust the information I’m given here.
