  I have had wonderful customer service experiences from both Kyle and Avery at the Hillsborough Ave location. They have both been attentive to detail in ensuring that my rental experience has been a smooth one.

  Scammers. They upgraded my car and my insurance nor me approved of it and they want me to pay extra for it. They won't answer their phone for me or my insurance. Go to Hertz instead.

  Was asked over the phone by an employee if I wanted to be picked up at the body shop or to have the vehicle dropped off at the body shop. I chose to have them drop off the vehicle and was told it be there at 8:30. They did not drop off a vehicle at 8:30 and instead picked me up which ended up making me waste my morning

  Always a fan of enterprise however this location was fantastic Manny was such a pleasure to work with.. especially after a long day of travel

  Enterprise goes out of its way to assure that I am happy with my car rentals. I used them almost every week and I've never had a bad experience. The manager is always asking me. Everything was OK and if I was treated fairly and professionally, thank you Enterprise for having these outstanding people working for you.
