  We arrived at 1:30pm for a 1:00 reservation of a minivan with the intent to leave on a trip that day. We were told there was no minivan available because the one reserved for us had been returned in need of service. No one had called us beforehand to notify us. We were offered a 5-seater SUV instead but this was not large enough for our needs. We were told that we could call another location to see if they might have one available. They did not. No other help was offered. I decided to call the national Enterprise number to ask for help finding the nearest location with an available minivan. The agent on the phone said there was not one near us but that she would escalate the request and have a manager call me back. The promised call from the manager never came - not later that Friday afternoon nor even the next week. We had relied on our reservation in planning a family vacation and instead were left stranded, with a non-refundable hotel reservation in another city that night, with seemingly no regard from any of the Enterprise team for the situation they left us in.

  I’m so happy with the car I bought from Enterprise Sales. It’s been about 3 weeks and I have no complaints. Brodus was professional and transparent from our very first conversation. He answered every question that I had and then some. I would recommend this location to a friend or family member for sure! Excellent team!

  My family of 6 had taken a cruise and was heading back home. We had a car reservation to pick up there. It had been confirmed, when my son got there they didn’t have a car big enough for 6 people. We had to get 2 cars costing twice as much. What would have happened if only 1 person had been able to drive. I will never rent from enterprise again. They didn’t even try to compensate us for some of the cost.

  After going to another location where there the door was locked and no one was working. I came to this location (Where I was told the employee that was supposed to be at the other store was at...). They had one car available "due to it being holiday season" and the inside of the car was disgusting! I asked if I came back on Monday if they would have something else for me. They assured me they would but when arrived on Monday again only one car available and it smells like a gym sock, has bald tires and broken seat belts. If you're booking with Enterprise, go to a different location - I have never had service this bad with this company.

  I had an outstanding experience with Bryce at Enterprise. I was dealing with a complicated situation where my return didn’t show up at his location, along with some issues with my car, and Bryce went above and beyond to help. He was patient, professional, and incredibly thorough in tracking everything down and making sure the problem was resolved. What really stood out was how calm and reassuring he was throughout the entire process—he truly took ownership of the situation and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel easy and manageable. His customer service was exceptional, and he is a huge credit to Enterprise. Bryce deserves to be recognized and highly praised for his dedication and professionalism.
