  I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely amazing! First of all, the vehicle itself was spectacular—I loved it and felt incredibly safe driving it, especially with my kids. Beyond the car, the team at Enterprise was just fantastic. Everyone was so approachable, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process, from picking up the car to returning it. The Modification application is another highlight—it makes it so convenient to make any changes without dealing with endless phone calls. Everything was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. Honestly, this was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the vehicle to the customer service, everything exceeded my expectations. I can say without a doubt that I won’t be renting from anywhere else but Enterprise in the future. Highly recommend!

  The staff was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. For the moment we walked in till the return, which was also easy and pleasant. We will be renting again from this location, as the Assistant Manager and staff were great.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I forgot my wallet underneath the passenger seat in one of their rental cars. I called enterprise customer service within a couple of hours because it was after hours by the time I remembered. They told me to go to the store and speak to them in person first thing in the morning because the car was already rented to someone else. The representative, Lisa, said she knew the person who rented the car and that she was the one who cleaned it and she didn’t see my wallet. They were instructed to ask the customer to bring the car back and not tell them a wallet was in there. Of course they did the exact opposite. Said they had the customer look for it 3 times and it wasn’t in there. First of all it’s common sense to not tell another patron to look for a lost wallet. We went back to the store the day after Christmas which was the day we were told the car would be returned. The same representative, Lisa, got an attitude and was completely unprofessional and rude when we asked if the car had been returned so we could look for it. She got upset about the review that we left for enterprise saying that we’d lied about what was in the wallet. Well if you’ve never seen the wallet like you claim then how can you allege that it is a lie? This representative at the very least is unethical, uncaring, unprofessional and untrustworthy.

  Was in a car accident. They were with my insurance company to get me in a rental car quickly. They were super easy to work with and everyone there was so friendly. Carly was the primary person I felt with and she took care of everything for me and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend.
