This location is just outside airport. 1st stop one of my favorite restaurants (cuban) for many years in Tampa see the pic.

But put the rental in my wife's name, actually would be the one driving it, and they said, I could once at the airport. They took my license and Credit card and her license and then told us to pick out a car. But they wouldn't let her leave with the car after I had already left to go to work because her license did not match the payment.Information. i asked the gentleman using my wifes phone to please call upstairs and verify that his associate had seen my license and credit card. But for some reason, they were unable to help. We ended up renting from the spruce location at the end of the runway but outside of the airport, and they were fantastic and really made up for our troubles that the airport location caused. We will NEVER rent from the Enterprise at TPA again. We'll instead go to the Spruce location where they actually know what they're doing and know about customer service. Bravo to the manager at the Spruce location.
