They had to have known this and covered it up. It's making me sick. Very disappointed and now all my stuff smells like stinky weed. Nasty.

My recent rental, I had noise and vibration issues with the Expedtion I rented. It was a nightmare to get the vehicle switched out. Had to find a replacement vehicle on my own loosing nearly 8 hour on my trip between numerous calls to Enterprise Customer Service ( No customer service was provided) And calling Enterprise location trying to locate a vehicle because Customer Service apparently has no way to contact their branch!! Extremely Frustrating!! I’ve for a supervisor to contact me. Over a week later I haven’t heard from anyone! I’m done!!
