- SCSusan Coker5 days ago5.0I use this rental company mostly because before retirement it was my go-to car rental company. Since retirement, it still my go to car rental company. Professional, friendly and courteous is why I love this company. I have never had an issue with them.
- DDDanaFeb 16, 20261.0The manager Savannah And a man by the name of Douglas were very rude to us and after being treated like trash by Savannah the first time when we arrived back to return the rental car Douglas was now the one who was very rude along with her and he told us to not come back to there location ever again and that he would no longer be renting us a vehicle at this branch. All because WE were the ones who were disrespected. This man literally argued with us and made an executive decision on behalf of enterprise to not service us again and telling us we are no longer welcomed at this location. Something needs to be done about this because Savannah and Douglas are a very poor representation of enterprise. WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT while renting a vehicle. This was truly heartbreaking.
