His quick thinking and accommodating attitude, made the difference between a miserable cramped trip in a smaller sedan and a happy, luxurious, and And stress free trip in an SUV with plenty of room for all of our luggage in the back. I will choose this location over other enterprise locations any day, even if I have to go out of my way to the Gandhi Boulevard location in Tampa.
- SRSean RookerDec 6, 20251.0Let me first just by saying I had a really bad experience at Enterprise car service on gandy boulevard with a gentleman in the picture I guess that morning he was overwhelmed with the work but was very disrespectful to me and my wife when I was asking some questions he got rude and told me to leave or he was going to call the police and then the short fat guy that was working that morning wanted to open his mouth as well thought he was some tough guy but other than that this place needs to be revamped with new management cuz evidently these people do not respect the customers that are coming in there regardless how good of reviews you guys get there's always one bad apple please take care of this gentleman he has a really bad attitude
