  I want to express how appreciative I am of the staff at this location. I strongly believe a “standard” is the bare minimum, I can tell you this team believes that as well. They raised the bar and exceeded all expectations. With competitors at every corner carrying the same product, they understand how to make an impact beyond inventory. I walked in as a customer and was treated as a guest. I have been with enterprise for over ten years through work. This time was due to a car collision that caused my insurance to source out a rental. I didn’t come here happy about the situation, but most definitely left in high spirits. I can say I will make a point to recommend this location specifically. Props to management and all staff for a dedicated team that is in the business of people before product. Outstanding.

  Cole called to arrange the rental a few minutes after I got off the phone with my insurance carrier, a driver picked me up from the body shop, and I was on my way with a rental in short order. Cole handled the whole process from start to finish, and it was all very professionally done. The service I received was excellent.

  Cole Kira And Sarah the entire location is very thoughtful understanding and appreciated I love working with them and They are always willing to work with us and became a family lol

  My car got totaled and needed a rental that same day. My insurance sent me here and it was a great experience. Cole called me pretty immediately to set up the rental and I had a car within 4 hours of the wreck. The vehicle was nice (Dodge Durango), safe and helped me get through 2 weeks of ups and downs. I use Enterprise normally and this experience will make me continue to use them!

  Poor customer service. I had to put my vehicle in the shop for warranty work. They wanted to upcharge me per day to cover their retail rates after the $40 per day the warrany company pays. Find another location or company if need a rental. They will not work with you. Manager said he had too many $100 per day reservations to help me out.
