They went on and beyond on their job duty

Before the return date hits, I got hit with an extra charge and a phone call because they made a mistake — that somehow falls on me. The manager, Morgan, was useless. Do not expect her to resolve any issues, she will just throw her staff under the bus and take your money. This branch is a pathetic. It is truly ashame because I live so close to them and have to travel a little further to avoid them whenever I need a rental. It is not a total loss, there are other car rentals that are more trustworthy and more helpful in the area. Highly recommend you go to a different branch or use a different company all together

Thankfully, Enterprise was so accommodating and and easy to rent from. It is stressful when a person has never rented a car in a different country before. Luckily, and experience which started as a nightmare was rectified by an understanding, easy to work with Enterprise agent. Thank you for making our Florida vacation more memorable!!
- RBRita BehrDec 16, 20251.0Terrible experience at this location. Morgan, their manager at this location was incredibly rude at accusing me of causing damage to their car. After dropping it off before hours, she called and left a voicemail. I called back and said I would stop by to see this alleged damage; she had quickly removed the car off the property and would not let me see the vehicle. I had the car for 16 hours in my possession and there apparently was a dent, smaller than a dollar bill or a softball, in which they tell that you that is not a reportable damage when picking up the car. This is my fault for not taking my own pictures and videos of the car upon pick up. In todays world and climate.... these rental car companies know if you take pictures or not upon pick up and will pin anything on their customers to recoup costs. There is a reason most locations do not do walk arounds with you anymore. After years of renting with Enterprise... Morgan just ruined it and I will never rent from Enterprise again. Terrible service.
