I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your location. The gentleman named Dillon who assisted me at the counter was beyond rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. When asked about my car insurance coverage, I explained that I had recently changed policies and needed to check the details. While I was trying to speak to a family member about it, he began sarcastically listing different insurance companies in a mocking tone and asking if it was any of them. I stated that I did not know, and his attitude remained condescending. After finishing the transaction, he threw my ID back onto the counter rather than handing it to me, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. I have rented with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for years and have never experienced service like this. It genuinely made me question the level of professionalism at this location. Additionally, the vehicle itself was not very clean. There was a white substance smeared on the interior, which I assume may have been sunscreen, but regardless, it was unsanitary and unpleasant. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience was far below the standard I’ve come to expect.

We had a great experience with Enterprise. It came in many stages. First I used the app and got my trip squared away just the way I wanted it. Then our flights changed because of a blizzard in Boston , so I contacted Enterprise by phone and they helped me with my new circumstances. Our flight was delayed ridiculously late, so I was surprised to see four Enterprise agents behind the counter at 1:00 AM when we showed up. Check in went quickly, and we went to the cars. That's where we found out that Enterprise is the only company that has a person in the garage 24/7. We were glad to see someone! He told us to pick any compact or midsized car in the parking lot. That was fun. It was easy to pick up and it was easy to return. I only wish they had looked at our travel plans and told us we would need TollPass. I discovered later that when we incurred our first toll it automatically enrolled us, so it all worked out. I would definitely work with them again.

I am writing to formally request resolution regarding the significant issues I experienced with my recent rental, as well as the additional charges of $342.00 that were improperly added to my account despite the rental being listed as unlimited miles. On February 23, 2026, severe winter weather in the Northeast forced me to modify my reservation so I could drive from Tampa to New York instead of flying since all flights were cancelled. I contacted Enterprise multiple times to explain the situation, and each representative assured me that any additional fees would be waived due to the weather-related travel emergency and documented safety concerns. These calls should be visible in your system. NOTE: IS WAS A CORPORTATE ACCOUNT WHICH MY FORM WILL BE RECONSIDERING USING ENTERPISE AS AN APPROVED VENDOR. In addition to the billing issue, the vehicle provided was not in acceptable condition for long-distance travel. The car required service, and one of the tires had a slow leak that left it chronically underinflated throughout the trip. I repeatedly had to stop to refill the tire with air. I reported these safety concerns during the rental, and I was told they were noted. Despite the assurances I received, the additional charges remain on my account, and I have yet to receive any follow-up call from Enterprise. As a result, I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. Please see photos depicting the charges and scam. "Kicking" customers when they are down.

I have been a devout customer of Enterprise rental car company for many years. Until my most recent trip, I have had nothing but positive experiences and they would have received five stars easily. However, this last trip to Tampa brought some unexpected disappointments. Typically when you use any Enterprise site, you get the customized exceptional service from Enterprise workers. At this airport, it seems they have a group of team members that service all of the rental agencies. We reserved a luxury car of the BMW or Audi class (the price was the same as a standard vehicle so we went with it!). When we got to the customer service desk, the associate radioed into the garage to let them know that they had an “L“ car customer at the counter. Assuming that meant a luxury car. They radioed back that they had a BMW convertible ready and waiting for us. We were so excited! We finished up our business at the desk and headed to the garage. We were met by someone who was not the typical top-notch customer service person that we are used to dealing with at Enterprise. They were nice enough but just not like our typical experience. They also went to an Alamo kiosk to get the paperwork. That made us feel like we were dealing with a generic company and not specifically Enterprise. Come to find out the BMW convertible that we were promised had been given away to a previous customer. Super disappointed! Then they offered us another luxury car unknown to us, Genesis I think? I was not happy with this and demanded that we got either a Beemer or an Audi. They did happen to have an Audi and they said we could have it at an up charge. I refused that agreement and said I should be given a discount for the miscommunication and for disappointing us the way they did. They ended up giving us the Audi at no extra cost, but still disappointment lingered and a total deflation in the experience as it was not our typical Enterprise customer service which is always on point. Thus the four stars for this time around. Hopefully they will do better next time.

We rented a 1/2 ton truck for a week. The truck and price were great. Picking out which truck we wanted for the week was easy. Leaving the rental garage was horrible - there was zero sense of urgency with long lines that you had to wait in to get out of the rental car garage. There were plenty of lanes open, either those working did not know what they were doing or they simply didn't care about the long lines. When we finally got up to the window, the representative was unapologetic for the long wait and was monotone when asking for the needed information which was 2 simple things: our drivers licenses and our insurance carrier name - that was it. What was the long line for? Each of the cars in front of us took 5 or more minutes at the window and there were 4 cars ahead of us and it took 24 minutes to get up to the window. Returning the truck was great - very easy - pull up, a representative looked over the vehicle as you take all of your belongings out and then give you a receipt for the rental. If we did not have the long wait at the beginning of the rental I would given 5 stars. Overall, it was great rental for the price and I would rent from them again now knowing that checking out the vehicle takes a long time.
