    After Expedia/Budget screwed up my rental dates, I walked over to the Enterprise counter in Tampa IA. They got me the same class of car I had reserved for about the same rate. It was a one-way, and when I called the next day to change the drop-off, their agent was super helpful, made the change to my file immediately. When I returned the car in Gainesville, the crew was very efficient and the process was seamless. They took my key, checked the car quickly and processed the return with no additional charges and sent the deposit back to my credit card. I've used them before and will use them again based on their superior performance.

    Manager Ryan Adams took great care of us right from the moment we walked up to the Enterprise kiosk. He made sure we got exactly the vehicle we wanted and needed. There was a bit of a delay in getting the vehicle due to high demand but he kept us well-informed about what was going on every step of the way, offered other options and compensation for our inconvenience. He stayed super calm even though people were coming at him from every direction to deal with things being that he was the manager, and he handled everything very professionally. We were so impressed. He took time to actually talk to us and asked about our travels. Then when we went to pick up the car, the entire staff in the garage couldn’t have been more pleasant and friendly, and got us into our vehicle very quickly. On checkout, Fabio waited on us and also did a great job as well, making sure that all went smoothly with drop off of the vehicle. Enterprise is always our go-to when we travel.

    Claims to be the same company as National but they couldn’t figure out how to use my National corporate booking account to locate my rental at the time of pick up, suggesting I create a new Enterprise account from scratch that would have zero status. For context, I booked the rental via the National app but was assigned an Enterprise car. No way to bypass the checkin and go straight to the car. Further they said multiple times that they have no phone number so if you have any issues with your rental, you have to …. Email them. I won’t accept an Enterprise rental again.

    Rented a 10+ person Mercedes diesel van at Tampa airport. Van needed diesel additive and wouldn’t drive more than 5 mph on day 2. Called Enterprise and was told all they could do was send a tow truck to bring the van back for maintenance. They said they could not bring us a replacement vehicle. We had 10 people, including a 98 year old great grandmother stranded for several hours until we could arrange for someone to bring us a gallon of diesel additive. Upon returning the van the staff was sympathetic and knocked $100 off rental to compensate for cost of additive and inconvenience but Van never should have been rented in that condition to begin with. I’m a big fan of Enterprise usually so this experience was disappointing but I appreciated the customer service response upon return.

    My experience started out really bad, but turned really good once I was able to speak to a service agent named Bryce at the Tampa International Airport exotics branch. Short backstory our reservation was made online for what I thought was The Tampa International Airport. Turns out their system, made it for the Clearwater Location. Got a phone call the day before our pick up date from Clearwater, wanting me to pick up my reservation even though it was for Tampa international. Told them it was the wrong location. They said that they would fix it on their end. Fast forward to the day we’re supposed to pick up and find out that the woman at Clearwater canceled our reservation completely. I find this out and of course, I am upset. Bryce (with the help of his manager. I didn’t catch his name) stepped in and took great care of us. He managed to get us in the same vehicle that we reserved for a little bit more money because it was considered a walk-in at that point for their location. Our reservation even said for the Tampa International Airport, but the confirmation number was from the Clearwater location. Bryce took care of us like we were his own family. Hands down best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. Great job. Will definitely use them again. As for the Clearwater location, do better!
