  Staff was very friendly and helpful even as they worked with a line of customers. I came out to a clean car that was ready to go. I would use this location again especially since it’s in walking distance.

  I reserved a car four days in advance and even called the morning of pickup to confirm everything was set. No one mentioned any inventory issues. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told there were no vehicles available. If they couldn’t honor the reservation, I should have been notified during my confirmation call or before I showed up. This was a huge inconvenience and completely unreliable.

  If I could there would be no star at all. Waited TWO FREAKING HOURS to pick up a car. The employee said herself Saturday is one of the busiest time, but they don’t schedule enough staff to manage the situation.

  Savanna, the manager is heartless and incompetent. I unfortunately was rear ended so needed a vehicle and was set up with them by the insurance. I received a Nissan Sentra that was already dirty, had writing with white marker on the rear windows, and smelled like cigarettes from day one. When I asked her, was she aware of the vehicles condition prior to renting it to me, She said yes, in a roundabout way. When I asked for a replacement vehicle, she said there was nothing she could do other than upscale me to a more expensive vehicle. I asked her to find me a replacement vehicle from a different location and she refused saying it’s not her responsibility. I drove one hour north just to drive another hour south back home after being told to go screw myself basically… Take away from this scenario do not accept a vehicle that you’re not 100% comfortable with its conditions. Enterprise corporate is not any better. There’s literally no accountability or customer service to be spoken of. I wish I wasn’t in this situation to begin with. If my health concerns get worse, I will be going to seek medical treatment and providing them the bill.
