  Alan, the manager, and Carolina, the Assistant manager, had no cars left because of cracked windshields etc. They stayed late, past the branch closing and eventually, a car was returned. They cleaned it and prepared it for me. Great service.

  And from Detroit city about this enterprise location in Tampa Florida made me feel like home. Everything was done in a professional speedy manner and I will truly Utilize their services again

  I quite literally never write reviews but have some extra time in my uber ride to my destination because enterprise wasn’t able to get me a car within several hours of my reserved time, despite reserving over 2 weeks in advance. Hard for me to fathom how it’s possible this enterprise is so poorly equipped to handle the traffic they clearly constantly get. Not enough cars, too many people, I guess. One would think this is quite easily solved with more cars, and having more than 2 employees in a branch trying to handle a crowd of customers, but I’m not in the car rental business, so maybe what I would assume is common sense is in fact intricate business-rocket-science. I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation, stood in line and was not even able to talk to a rep for 40 minutes, at which time I was told they did not have a car ready and did not know when a car would be ready. I waited 30 more minutes at which point I would not make an important engagement. Had to cancel and book an uber. Unless you enjoy long waits, a crowd of angry, annoyed, complaining customers, standing for literal hours because there are like 4 total seats in the building, and getting your car WELL after your reserved time, I’d probably avoid like the plague. Non-emotional review, 10/10 would not recommend, enterprise is now etched in my memory as dilapidated, will not subject myself to it again.
