  Rented 3 vans for a youth sports trip. Vans were perfect. Service is what makes the difference though. Being able to call and speak to their team., before and during the process is such a difference maker. The experience isn’t even comparable to the national chains. Could not recommend higher.

  Rented a 12 passenger van Nov 2022. At pick up my husband noticed all the seatbelts weren’t functional & asked if the van had been wrecked. He was told No. We have a car fax account & confirmed that it indeed had. After switching to another van my husband mentioned that the tires seemed over filled and the employee stated they’d just been checked & were all correct. We’ve driven 127 miles & the tire POPPED on the highway. Roadside Assistance is not amiable to help & all Carls can offer is for us to change it ourselves. I have 6 children in the car & this “family business” wouldn’t be inconvenienced to help.

  Rented van because of expense of vans through major companies far exceeded cost we paid at Carl’s. Pick up and return went smoothly and seamlessly. We would definitely use them again.

  Great price! Great experience! Honest people!!! We rented the van from this company through Turo. The car was clean although there were stains on the seats but everything else was fine and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with the experience and will rent again from them.

  Rented an 8 person van for an annual trip up to Myrtle Beach. Didn't know what to expect as I hadn't rented from them before and one of their competitors had pretty bad reviews. The van was newer and clean, staff picked me up from TPA in a timely manner and the entire process was smooth. We will definitely be renting from them again next year. Thanks again guys!
