Jonquavia checked them and they both were bad seeing as though I let my car sit for about 6 months. I had warranty on both batteries still and when she was about to leave the desk, I informed her that I wanted to make sure that the initial battery was an AGM battery. She snapped back at me as if I said something about her intellect or her character. Little does she know, this same store gave me a wrong battery before and it destroyed my alternator and 2nd battery used for the stop/start feature. After she snapped at me, I then explained what happened initially with my battery that caused me to replace it the first time and still she treated me like I had said something disrespectful to her, and I know it’s due to her not having listening/communication skills. She’s the parts sales manager, but she needs retraining on how to deal with customers. I would’ve been within my rights to snap back at her but I know that solves nothing. Do better Autozone. Get people in here that actually care about helping folks and at least likes what they do. I know I’m only one fish in an ocean do business, but at this point I’ve had too many bad dealings with Autozone so I’ll take my business elsewhere going forward. I pay too much money here to be treated like that, but really nobody should be treated like regardless of the money they spend.
