That’s not how customers should be treated. I go there for help; it’s not a self-service store.

I know nothing about cars and they will simplify questions for me if I dont know what they are talking about, and will help me figure out what it is they need to know! They have replaced my car battery, my headlight, and my gas cap so far and every time they are such sweethearts! I also appreciate that when my headlight was stuck they had several people try and help instead of just giving up on it :)!
