- TITUWN Inc.Nov 28, 20251.0Auto Zone needs to do better when it comes to management. I went in to buy windshield wipers. The manager acted as if I was a bother and interrupting him. Did not offer to point out sale items. Then sent a novice young man to install wipers. The guy asked the manager for help, he came outside with an annoyed attitude and didn’t help or train the young man to do the install. After about 25 minutes of the young man struggling, I went inside for a refund upon which the manager informed me that it’s a “courtesy” and he doesn't have to help me at all and continued to go back & forth with me rather than treat me as a customer and attempt to correct or address my complaint. Absolutely shameful. Does customer service exist anymore? Does manager training exist? As a GenXer I find it frightening to imagine that customer service is a dying concept. 😩😩-drKLG #leadershipcounts

Not only did he help me find the best battery for my 2023 Toyota Camry LE, he also explained how the battery works, and on top of that he also saved me alot of money, I was gonna spend about $268 at Toyota not including the labor or installation, but luckily at Autozone I was able spend the same price with labor and install included. Thank you Marquease 😊
