- HMHD MIDec 26, 20255.0First and foremost I’d like to say that this is one of the best locations I’ve been to, outside of the staff just in general Secondly, Alexander, also known as “AJ” literally saved my proverbial ass the other day. His knowledge of my situation definitely helped navigate my vehicles issue not to mention it turned into a little bit of a therapy session. He allowed me to vent and suggested they I take a breath and regroup. AJ helped me figure out a solution to my issue not to mention Some of his great recommendations moving forward that’s being said. If you go to any AutoZone, you may as well just go to this one even if it’s outside of your area take the extra five minute trip it’s worth it.

- SBShelley BowerDec 9, 20255.0They were awesome I had purchased the wrong battery terminals from a different AutoZone that were totally and completely unhelpful and the guys here at the AutoZone on Dale mabry were awesome they went out of their way not only did they return the old terminals for me they found the correct ones and made them work and not only that they put the terminal on for me I mean I probably was there closer an hour and it didn't matter because they were so great I totally recommend this particular AutoZone for any and all customer service and they were just awesome

So I decided to go to Autozone to see if they can help me. There I met a guy name AJ who was knowledgeable and very helpful, he help me resolve my issue. Thank you for all your help AJ.
