- LPLloyd PutnamDec 2, 20251.0Called ahead of time explaining I was a block away with a dead battery and asked if I could use their battery jumper, guy on the phone said I would just need to leave my driver license, after heading over there a gray shirt named Anthony said I must of called the wrong store he never said that. It was against store policy to do that. Explained to him other Autozones do it all the time also told him I had a commercial account with Autozone and I would be buying a battery once I got the car started. He still wasn’t honoring what I was told on the phone. I then asked him you really don’t want to sell me a battery with this attitude and he replied no I don’t. So I went to their competitor down the road who looked up my commercial account with them and had no problem letting me use their jump box. Autozone loves sending me to their competitors that is for sure.
