- HCHarry Cooke4 days ago1.0Crystal is a horrible person, trying to give me old batteries when she knew she gave mine away,,Worst auto zone on earth,,, brought in a fresh Harley battery to get recharged ( and even said I'll give a good tip) went back in and the battery was gone ,,, they knew they gave it to the wrong person but kept trying to pawn off old batteries ( it was a horrible lady I'll get her name ) and after waiting there for an hour and rejecting batteries they still had no answer,, luckily the district manager stepped up but I would avoid this auto zone ,,, horrible disgusting behavior,, they also said there no cameras to verify what I brought in,,, there's no cameras!!!!!!
