I called around to numerous competitors and Jimmy was the only one who took the time to hear my requirement. He went above and beyond to provide first-class customer service. He listened closely, gave me options, asked when I could come in, and to my surprise, he even offered to wait for me to arrive instead of heading home. I was fortunate to have connected with Jimmy; he made sure I had a new battery installed by 6 pm and no longer have to worry about a car leaving me stranded. Thank you Jimmy! I appreciate you and your customer first attitude! 😊

- HCHarry CookeNov 20, 20251.0Crystal is a horrible person, trying to give me old batteries when she knew she gave mine away,,Worst auto zone on earth,,, brought in a fresh Harley battery to get recharged ( and even said I'll give a good tip) went back in and the battery was gone ,,, they knew they gave it to the wrong person but kept trying to pawn off old batteries ( it was a horrible lady I'll get her name ) and after waiting there for an hour and rejecting batteries they still had no answer,, luckily the district manager stepped up but I would avoid this auto zone ,,, horrible disgusting behavior,, they also said there no cameras to verify what I brought in,,, there's no cameras!!!!!!
