I purchased wiper bladed for my Kia Niro front and rear. The rear blade it took 3 associates to figure out which was the correct one and to make it fit (thus the 4 star) I had a feeling it wasn't the right rear wiper blade for my car. They assured me it was. That was on September 2nd within 30 days the rear wiper blade fell off into my hands while I was out of town. Once I arrived back in in town I immediately went to the store (I did not have my receipt however I did have a copy of my credit card statement to show proof of purchase of front and rear wiper blades and it showed Auto Zone. JEROME BEST claiming to be the STORE MANAGER would not accept my credit card statement as proof of purchase. OK I accepted that. He went on to tell me I was sold the incorrect rear wiper blade for my car. I went home to obtain my receipt. I walked in the store 5:01 pm. JEROME BEST was still at the store and I politely asked him to please tell the associate who was now assisting me Miquel Jimenenez Roque what he said to me earlier in the day around 4:20 pm. JEROME BEST denied that he said I was sold the wrong rear wiper blade. It is my understanding that DANIEL RIVERO is the Store Manager and Jerome Best is the Parts Manager. Thank you Miquel Jimenenez Roque for you assistance and Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts for having exactly the part I needed.

I had an Auto Zone battery under warranty that was dead. He tried to look me up in their system and couldn't find me. After saying "Nuthin I can do." he didn't seem interested in trying to search harder for my record or look at the battery (which has a sticker showing it was manufactured only 2 years ago with a 4 year warranty), didn't offer to test it, didn't try to help me solve my issue or even sell me another battery. Was just rude and dismissive. I didn't get his name, but if you get the big, loud guy, just leave - not worth dealing with.
