- SHSarah HinesFeb 23, 20265.0I stopped by this autozone on my way home to pick up some coolant for my Toyota Camry. I have a hard time walking so i have a cane to help me. I was walking towards the door and seen a nice gentleman holding the door open for me before i even made it the front door. He was extremely delightful and polite. His customer service skills are top tier.His name is jevon. He looked up the coolant i needed for my car and he even went out of his way to go and get the coolant for me . He asked me if i had anyone to help me I told him i had my son but he was out of town until the following week . So he offered to help me put the coolant in my car. He rang me up and helped me back outside. I have not experienced that kind customer service in a long time. He told me he respects his elders and i could tell that he was genuinely a very nice man. He told me if i ever needed anything else to come back and see him and he would gladly help me. It made my whole week to be treated so kind. Thank you again jevon you definitely deserve a raise. See you next time i need something for betsey ( my car )

I was surprised when i realized that his Spanish is actually very good .There are only 3 people in that store that know what they are doing in my opinion & that is DANIEL JEVON AND MIGUEL !!! I always call before i come in to make sure one of them are working. If you come this autozone make sure you ask for one of them. Thank you jevon for always going the extra mile to help whenever i come in premo. It's greatly appreciated they all 3 of those men deserve raises !
