This is not the first time we’ve had great customer service from him, but it is my first time leaving a review. I highly recommend this AutoZone. You will not be disappointed in their customer service as they go above and beyond.

The African American man ( i didn't catch his name ) was extremely rude. I asked him a question and instead of him being polite about it. He had an attitude. While I was in the store i over heard him being rude to another customer i dony know what they were talking about all i know is i could hear him towards the back of the store when i was looking for the tool that i needed. If he is Management he really needs to learn how to be nicer to people. I will not be coming back to this place at all & its all because of him !

Being so far from her, I told her to go to autozone to see if they could help - as I thought maybe it was a fuse. She was lucky enough to get Daniel to help her. He went above and beyond to figure out the issue and when it wasn’t something they could fix there, he called a mechanic friend to see if he could fix it and called another store to see if they had the part to fix it. THANK YOU so much Daniel for taking care of her. Store 1205 1775 W Hillsborough in Tampa FL is lucky to have you!
