I went there to get my battery replaced, and they ended up blowing the main fuse in my car, so my vehicle wouldn't start. The "so-called mechanic" who was supposed to install the battery did it incorrectly and blew a fuse. They said they would pay for everything, including the damages and the time I spent waiting, which was about three hours while they resolved the problem. They said that because of the time and the mistake they made, they would refund the cost of the battery and that I could keep it. Now, the store manager says there's no proof that the employee said anything about the refund. That's how shameless and irresponsible they are. I'd heard about problems at these AutoZone stores before, but not all of them are the same. This one, in particular, is a disaster.
