  The pick up in the drop off went relatively very smooth. The only issue I had was on the drop off the young man helping us cared more about telling us. He had a few hours to go and he finally got a day off to go home and spend time with his wife and the kids he didn’t ask us if the car key was in the car we got to the tram and realized we still had the car key we had to turn around and bring it back. I can’t imagine what I would’ve been charged for that remote. Next time he should be more concerned about making sure he has everything he needs before he lets the customer walk away.

  We travel often and use Alamo exclusively: Unlike other rental companies, we have never dealt with all the crazy (but ineffective) means of trying to upsell us to other vehicles, unnecessary insurance coverage and were never given any quote other than the original when we initially reserved the rental. We are in our 70's and only wish we could have had the technology years ago to video some of the outlandish rental agents we have dealt with over the years and been able to send the video to the CEO of the particular rental car brand. Thanks Alamo, we'll be back!

  This is my first time coming to Tampa and I was nervous about renting a vehicle, but the service with Alamo was great. I had no issues during the check in and return process. The staff was nice, approachable and ready to help. The vehicle I took was clean, well maintained and it was a very smooth ride throughout my trip. I will definetly return with Alamo.

  Outstanding customer service from the Tampa International Airport location. From the gentleman that assisted us at the airport with our reservation with no wait time, to the other gentleman that greeted us in the garage and finally the gentleman that greeted us on return. Very satisfied. We've used many other car rental companies, but this is our first time using Alamo and definitely won't be our last. Highly recommend!

  Our experience specifically with our return in Philadelphia was fantastic! Customer service beforehand on the phone was lacking but our representative in Philadelphia made up for it! Immediately upon arrival, Dodo (our awesome Alamo employee) was attentive, steered us in the right direction, and helped us with the check out process within minutes. Thanks Philly airport staff for your friendly and helpful service after a long ride home during the snow storm!
