  Quick and easy pickup and return with no games like some of the other rental car companies. We have previously gone with another company that was off site and around $150 less. After wasting 2 hours arguing about all the extra fees that they wanted to charge us we told them to pound sand and left. Spend a little more and save yourself the aggravation of being held hostage to an off-site car rental company. Alamo is right in the Tampa airport complex and was a total pleasure to deal with.

  Rented from Alamo at Orlando Airport. Great counter staff, but everything else was mishandled. The car was towed, then re-rented while still under my contract, with my personal belongings inside. My items were never recovered. I also had to rent another car and was charged for a full week despite only having the car for 2 days. Still waiting for a refund. Disappointing experience overall

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden, wie reibungslos alles ablief. In der Garage wies uns ein Mitarbeiter auf die verfügbaren Autos unserer gebuchten Kategorie hin. Das Auto war sehr sauber, hatte wenig Kilometer und war geräumig. Unsere vierköpfige Familie, inklusive drei großer Koffer und Handgepäck, da wir hatte immer noch viel Platz. 😊 Genau das richtige Auto für unseren Road-Trip durch Florida. Großen Dank an ALAMO.

  The car we rented was not what we reserved. It was horrible. They had multiple cars on the lot that were acceptable but the gentleman handing out the cars said he saved the one we wanted for his buddy. (Really) !! I am a loyal customer for the last 8 years renting cars at least once a month from multiple locations through out the US. When I returned the car, I explained the issues in a not so polite way. The manager and kid checking us in were very apologetic and gave us a discount to make up for our dissatisfaction and bad service. If it wasn’t for Tye and Cody I would never rent from Alamo again. Thank you boys I appreciated your help

  One of the best USA rental experiences I have encountered in a while. Recent USA 🇺🇸 road trip for several weeks, pre-paid month's in advance [for the best rate and due to a busy holiday season] also included our driver/payment details to speed up the process of leaving the airport. The car that I requested was sat there ready with the boot [trunk] up, and we even had the choice of colours which my son loved. Returning the car was just as effortless, staff were also really helpful and friendly. Awesome experience Alamo, well done 👏 🇺🇸 🇬🇧
