  So we arrived for our rental and at first didn’t have the vehicle class we initially requested. However within minutes the young lady who was running the show took care of us with a comparable vehicle. Despite the office not having functioning ac, all of the employees were amazing and so nice during check in. Top notch customer service for sure and especially with the conditions they were dealing with. I would recommend renting from there again for sure!

  Better than Alamo using Annoying is the correct word for them.. Horrible service

  Great experience. We got a rental from Saturday to monday and it was smooth and seamless. All of the employees were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They will be my first choice when I'm in need of another rental.

  They were amazing, my tire was low and would not hold air and they sent me to another Alamo close to where I was and changed out my car as quickly as possible and had me on my way. Also, when I realized that the Alamo return location that I needed to do my car drop was going to be closed and had no drop box, the lady just said. “no problem, would it be convenient to drop it off at the Tampa airport for no charge?” Definitely! They were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely use again! Best customer service! Then to top it off, they gave me some credit for my inconvenience for having to trade my vehicle! Can’t get much better than that!

  Avoid at all costs this lousy and unprofessional establishment. I booked a minivan 48 hours in advance. Decided to call before pickup after reading all the negative reviews. They did not have my booked vehicle. When I requested to be accommodated with a different available car, they transferred my calls between them to 4 different people and I had to explain the situation to each one of them and then they just kept putting me on indefinite holds to avoid responsibility.
