Pediram para eu ir na agência do aeroporto, que teria o carro (conversível). Fui no aeroporto e não tinha. Estou sem entender até agora.

However within minutes the young lady who was running the show took care of us with a comparable vehicle. Despite the office not having functioning ac, all of the employees were amazing and so nice during check in. Top notch customer service for sure and especially with the conditions they were dealing with. I would recommend renting from there again for sure!
