    Two years ago, I bought a battery for my 2008 GMC Savana at this auto parts store, which came with a three-year warranty. After about a year and a half, the battery started failing, so I went back to the store to claim the warranty. They hooked it up to a testing device and told me the battery was in “excellent condition” and couldn’t be replaced. A week later, I returned to the store and spoke to different employees. This time, I didn’t mention the warranty and simply said the battery was failing. The employee used the same device and told me the battery was damaged and unusable, recommending I buy a new one. When I showed them the receipt and explained that the battery was still under its three-year warranty, having only been used for a year and a half, they refused to replace it, claiming the battery was “older than that.” The inconsistent diagnostics and terrible customer service make this store completely unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

    On Thursday, September 11, 2025, I had the worst experience at an auto parts store in Tampa. I provided the VIN for my 2022 Kia to purchase brake pads, but they sold me the wrong ones at an outrageously high price. At first, the pads seemed to fit, but when I drove, the steering wheel started shaking dangerously, putting my life, my daughter’s, and my wife’s in jeopardy. When I returned to the store to file a complaint, with clear evidence they’d sold me the wrong product, their response was unacceptable. The employee, a Hispanic man working the afternoon shift, told me their computer recommended those pads and that they couldn’t replace them. He was rude and dismissive, even pointing to the door and telling me to leave. To make matters worse, his only “solution” was to offer me different pads at a lower price, which was even more insulting. This store is not only unprofessional but also endangers customers by selling incorrect parts and providing abysmal service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

    It took a bit of time to be helped, but the young lady that assisted me was wonderful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she came out to my car and ran a systems check. She was kind and helpful.
