My issue was clear after he tested my battery... it was dead and I needed a new one. My my daughter's battery check wasn't as cut and dry... so instead of just checking the battery, he checked (and double checked) the battery, alternator, and starter before he confirmed the issue was that she needed a new battery. He let me know that my battery was still under warranty at a different store and that I shouldn't buy one if I didn't have to. He then offered to look up my daughter's battery at a 3rd party partner to check if hers was under warranty too. It wasn't, but because of his service I was more than happy to purchase a new battery for her, and in the future will go to Advanced Auto Parts for all of my family's car needs. He didn't have to do any of those things, but I am very thankful to know that there are still people who take pride in their work and WANT to do their best and help others. In today's society, work ethic is lacking to say the least, so Brayden's attitude and desire to do MORE than just the bare minimum is a refreshing change. TO THE COMPANY: Make this young man a manager and more! Anywhere he goes, the company will benefit.
