Upon being notified it was ready for pickup I went to the store. Found no signage for online orders, nobody to help, and a line of 5 customers that I had to wait in to get help. During that time I went and picked up the battery off-the-shelf and had to tell them I already paid for it which they were confused about. When I inquired about my rewards from the app, they said they can't look it up anymore and I have to download the app to do that. I bought the damn battery on the app. I see zero advantage to shopping here.
