    Came in to check our battery health. The employee did not check the battery, and lied and said he did and that we need to purchase a new battery. We were standing right there so knew he blatantly lied about the battery. Then he sold us the wrong lightbulb, and did not provide a receipt upon purchase. When we went back in to return it THAT DAY, he had asked if we figured out the battery issue. When the other cashier got the manager because we didn’t have a receipt, that same employee blatantly lied and pretended he didn’t know who we were or that he sold us the bulb. When called on his bluff, he admitted it and the manager allowed the return. The manager was very nice and handled it well for us.

    order ready for pick up in 30 minutes never have had a problem at any stores waited 30 drove 30 just to be told. i hope it’s not for “and says my part” and says yeah man idk man i can’t find it mind you these people are packing out there store to be closed in a hour… ordered before that so to the mitata owned and beat up lexus thats had a bite taken out of it please worry about finding the or two you orders you have then clean the store… i paid mainly because its pick up today but you inconveniently interrupt my day cause your pure lazyness is crazy paying customer for what ? maybe cancel the order after you can’t find it rather than close the store and try again tomorrow.
