We were standing right there so knew he blatantly lied about the battery. Then he sold us the wrong lightbulb, and did not provide a receipt upon purchase. When we went back in to return it THAT DAY, he had asked if we figured out the battery issue. When the other cashier got the manager because we didn’t have a receipt, that same employee blatantly lied and pretended he didn’t know who we were or that he sold us the bulb. When called on his bluff, he admitted it and the manager allowed the return. The manager was very nice and handled it well for us.
