- JJJonDec 12, 20251.0Don’t understand the debit card policy. What’s the reasoning behind the requirement to have a utility bill? No other rental company that takes debit cards requires this? Also last time I rented a car I brought it back would have a tank of gas a Toyota Camry Toyota Camry which has a fuel tank capacity of 13 gallons half a tank I brought it back with so fill it up would’ve taken 6.5 gallons. They charged me $80 for 6 1/2 gallons of gas that’s $12.30 a gallon! Which is criminal I guarantee you they didn’t put any gas in my car. They just rented it with half a tank until the next driver to bring it back with half a tank $12.30 a gallon for 6 1/2 gallon gas $80 then called to extend the car customer service line. Call them on Sunday evening. The car wasn’t due back until 8 AM Monday morning. they still charge me a $20 late fee as well so out of a $200 deposit I’ve got back $100 for 6 1/2 gallons of gas and a late fee that I wasn’t late for because I called ahead of time and extended the vehicle and now I thought I can’t rent a vehicle anymore because of a utility bill for some odd reason that means something have yet to figure out why nobody seems to know it’s just company policy. Your policy sucks.

I had my bank statement was told to just come in that we would work it out 5 o’clock on a Friday afternoon I come in. They won’t rent me a car because I don’t have a utility bill, but I have a bank statement and my car is registered to the same address and my drivers license is the same address 5 o’clock on a Friday afternoon. It’s for work now I have no way to get there thanks so much you probably cost me my job

Everything was great, love the positive energy that the workers had. I definitely recommend this pace If you guys need a rental vehicle. I will definitely be renting more from here.
