However, after nearly a month of trying to resolve a duplicate charge of $518 on my card, I’m very frustrated and disappointed with the corporate customer service. The location is not reachable by any phone number, and the offshore call support shows no interest or urgency in correcting the duplicate charge. I will update this review once it is resolved, but definitely would caution anyone renting/reserving a vehicle on someone else’s behalf.
