    I recently purchased a used 2021 Grand Cherokee and had the best car experience ever!!! My sales rep JP gets 5 stars hands down. Even though, there was a lot of back forth negotiating the terms of my final price, JP dedicated time and energy to close the deal. I have bought several cars in other dealers and in life and JP was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. He was honest, transparent, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for my budget and lifestyle. In terms of the dealer, they negotiated and found me a great interest rate and the monthly payment I was targeting. The level of dedication is rare, and it’s why I’ll be recommending JP and dealership to all my friends and family.

    If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! This will be kinda long... Gave pricing with a "recommended" $2,995 worth of something they call pp plus. When my husband declined the "recommendation" he was told that if he wanted the truck (needed the towing capacity to get our 5th wheel camper home) there was no option to decline. It took them 20 minutes to clean a dually and apply this $2995 worth of product on his truck. I believe this to be at the very least terrible, and predatory business practices and possibly against Florida state and FTC regulations! Now he has NO legal document that shows he "purchased" that separately. It is simply lumped into the cost of the truck and now we have no proof it was added nor that they forced it as part of the sale...they say "because of the bank", there is no line item for it. So no proof to take to FTC or state of Florida! BE VERY VERY CAREFUL! If you go to this dealership, be aware that recommendation becomes a requirement to the tune of almost $3,000! I would avoid such a dealership at all costs! I am definitely not done with this situations, but wanted to let everyone know who these people are, and how they do business! Absolutely horrible!

    If I could’ve left a zero star I would have.. Be careful the staff doesn’t care about your concerns they just want your money they want you to pay an extreme amount for a small service they overcharge per hour they drag jobs along the management is deceptive they will tell you they will handle a situation and never handle it there’s no true head of operations at this location so they had no accountability when issues or concerns arise they use a third party booking service that connects you to a third party agent that has your information with dodge but they have no accountability for the company or who exactly that third party is also there’s no record of calls meaning when they say the call is being recorded or monitored it’s not at all because they have no recollection of the call Wes will lie to your face and argue with a customer he won’t respect your thoughts he will rebuttal you and is confrontational one day he will cause a problem within dodge with the right customer.. Alexis likes to walk away and mumble under his breath when we are all men in the room and claims this location is the best dodge In tampa .. anyone knows that when people boast it’s usually the other way around . Wes told me he would look into a situation where A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP FROM DODGE CONTACTED ME AFTER I ATTEMPTED TO SPEAK WITH A SERVICE REP. SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO DIAL MY NUMBER IN HER PHONE AND SEND ME A FLIRTATIOUS MESSAGE , MIND YOU IM MARRIED AND MY WIFE SAW THE MESSAGE .. THERES NO REASON FOR MY INFORMATION TO BE SO TRANSLUCENT I HAVE A WHOLE THREAD OF MESSAGES FROM THIS PERSON AND DODGE SAYS THEY DONT KNOW WHO SHE IS, it’s scary to call dodge thinking ITS A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY BUT THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHEN ISSUE LIME THIS ARISE AND THEY SAY “oh well it’s never happened before “ . It’s a first time for everything right? No accountability from the head of staff (managers) they all rebuttal you and just try and collect payment they can careless. HOPEFULLY DODGE MAKES CHANGES THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

    I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership—or any affiliated with its parent company. What appears to be a competitively priced vehicle is, in reality, highly misleading. I inquired about a used BMW listed at a fair market price. When I asked for the out-the-door total, the price increased by nearly $10,000. While about $3,300 was tax (which is expected), the remaining balance was made up of excessive, non-negotiable fees that were not transparently disclosed upfront. This is not standard practice—it’s a textbook example of a bait-and-switch approach. The most concerning part was the response from the sales manager. Instead of addressing the issue, I was given a condescending explanation about how “this is just how Florida works,” claiming all dealerships operate this way. That is simply not true. I’ve purchased and evaluated vehicles across Florida, and many dealers operate with far more integrity and transparency. One of the most ridiculous/scammy charges was a $3,000 “service fee” bundled with maintenance benefits that are completely irrelevant to out-of-state buyers like myself. I was told this fee was mandatory and non-negotiable, another clear indicator of a dealership prioritizing profit over honesty. Let’s be clear: if a vehicle requires thousands of dollars in hidden add-ons to reach the real price, then the advertised price is intentionally misleading. At the final number they presented, I could have purchased a newer, better vehicle elsewhere. Consumers should not accept this as “normal.” It’s not. It’s poor business practice. If you are a Florida resident, I would strongly encourage you to push for greater transparency and regulation around dealer fees. Practices like this erode trust and take advantage of buyers who expect straightforward pricing. Bottom line: avoid this dealership. There are far better options that value honesty, transparency, and customer trust.

    We I recently had the best car-buying experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tampa Bay, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the team there. Genesis was absolutely incredible. She was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to help us with more than just getting a new vehicle. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we are so grateful for her dedication and hard work. She truly felt like an angel throughout this experience and worked hard to help us get into something that worked for us. I also want to give a big shout out to Joel, who finalized all of our paperwork. He was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable about our warranty and took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know. His patience and clarity made the process so much easier. To the General Manager, Mr. D — thank you for working with us and for your dedication. Your effort and willingness to help truly did not go unnoticed. This meant more to me than you probably realize. Thank you as well to Nichole for keeping in contact with us and providing updates throughout the process.
