  Hands down, this was the best car-buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Tu was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone at the dealership was also wonderful. Aramis, and the finance manager, Tansel, were also great. Overall it was just an excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Tu and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.

  Used 2021 Toyota Tundra purchased from this dealer. Not my best experience ever. Sales team was slimy with the financing. And two days after buy the brakes are squeaking loudly and needs an alignment. Shame on me for not noticing sooner. But I reached out to sales team and they responded with concerns and offered to make these repairs, but it has been three weeks with no response from them. Shady work being done here.

  Cuidado con este dealer. Compré mi BMW aquí y ahora me encuentro con una discrepancia de millaje (Odometer Rollback) en Carfax debido a reportes erróneos en otro estado. A pesar de tener toda la documentación que prueba que mi carro siempre ha estado en Tampa (incluyendo registros de este mismo dealer y del DMV), se negaron a ayudarme o a escalar el caso con BMW North America. Me dejaron sola con un problema legal y financiero que ellos, como representantes de la marca, deberían ayudar a investigar. Falta total de soporte post-venta y empatía con el cliente." bought my 2019 BMW X4 at this dealership in 2023. My car has NEVER left Tampa, and I have all the Florida DMV and local service records to prove it. I came to this dealership seeking help to clear this VIN/mileage discrepancy (Odometer Rollback) that is destroying my car's trade-in value. The staff here was completely unhelpful, stating 'they have nothing to do with it' and telling me to 'deal with Washington myself.' It is unacceptable that an official BMW dealership refuses to support their customers or investigate errors within their own brand's network. They sold me the car and now they are washing their hands of a serious legal and financial issue. Do not expect any post-sale support from this location."

  bought my 2019 BMW X4 at this dealership in 2023. Today, I discovered two fraudulent/erroneous service records from Washington State on my Carfax report for the year 2024. My car has NEVER left Tampa, and I have all the Florida DMV and local service records to prove it.   We had an outstanding experience working with Madlin (and Majed) at BMW of Tampa. We found a BMW X3 online that we liked and reached out. From there, everything moved quickly and efficiently. Madlin was great to work with on payment terms and made the process incredibly smooth. I came up from Lakewood Ranch, and they had everything ready to go when I arrived. The car was prepped, paperwork was done, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Honestly, it felt like an Amazon-level experience from start to finish. Fast, easy, and exactly how buying a car should be. Highly recommend working with this team if you’re in the market.
