  I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. First, the employee assisting me was unprofessional. While I was trying to explain what item I needed for my vehicle, the employee began speaking in Spanish to a coworker in a vulgar and inappropriate manner. As someone who understands Spanish, I found this behavior disrespectful and unacceptable in a customer service setting. Second, the item I purchased was incorrectly packaged. The product inside the box did not match the item described on the packaging. When I returned to the store to resolve the issue, the staff refused to accept the return and accused me of swapping the original bulb for an LED bulb. I had no knowledge that the item inside was incorrect at the time of purchase, and being accused of dishonesty was extremely frustrating. This is not the first time I’ve experienced issues like this with AutoZone. I previously had a similar problem with brake rotors that did not match their packaging, and it was unnecessarily difficult to get a refund. Due to these repeated negative experiences, I will not be returning to AutoZone. Instead, I will be taking my business to O’Reilly Auto Parts for future vehicle needs. If possible, I would rate this experience below zero stars.
