I rented a convertible (or similar vehicle), but they didn't have the car available; instead, they offered me a Corolla or a Mazda CX-30 to replace the convertible I had rented. I was charged for the protection coverage I had purchased, yet they simply did nothing. They didn't bother checking with any other Alamo location in the region to provide me with the car I had rented. I left on foot, without receiving any assistance whatsoever.

My wife and I made a car rental with them, only to find out after we took an Uber there that they had no available vehicles and could not honor the request. A refund is little comfort when you're stranded 600 miles from home without a rental car that you were expecting to have. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
