  I had a 10:00 AM appointment at Tire Kingdom for two new tires and was told the service would take about an hour and a half. Instead, I sat there watching staff ignore my scheduled appointment while they prioritized another customer who appeared to be personally familiar with them, moving that vehicle ahead of mine. My car wasn’t even brought back for service until over an hour after my appointment time. From there, it took another hour and a half to finish the job—over three hours total for something that was quoted at half that time. No communication, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no respect for my time. This experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly unacceptable. If appointments mean nothing here, that should be made clear upfront so customers can choose to take their business elsewhere. I will absolutely be sharing this experience and making sure others know to avoid this location. Save yourself the time and frustration—go somewhere that actually values its customers. If I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would.
