  Had an amazing experience, Michael from front desk, explained and showed everything thoroughly, felt like he indeed tried to help in any way the best he could. The prices were very good, fast service. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this tire shop. I arrived 45 minutes before closing, only to be refused service because they “close at 6.” There was no actual manager present—just a guy with gauges in his ears who claimed to be in charge. He continuously talked over me and argued instead of listening. The most disappointing part is that he never even asked what the issue was or took a look at my tire. All I needed was a simple patch, which would have taken very little time. There was even another worker willing to help, but he didn’t want to go against whoever was “in charge” at the moment. On a normal day, when Michael is there, the service is excellent and the team is great. But this experience completely changed my view. The person acting as supervisor that day was unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful. I would give zero stars if I could.

  Some tips for prospective customers: They do not seem to have any employees who are fluent enough in the English language to answer question or explain things. Also, they can't work on tires with rims over 22 inches. Finally, they have no way of calculating taxes before you pay, so all quotes are plus tax, which they did not tell me beforehand. That caused the total to be about $60 more than the quote, which to me, living in this economy, is a big difference, especially when I only came in for an oil change and to have a nail removed from my tire. All in all, my wallet is a lot lighter, I still have a nail in my tire, and I will be looking for another shop. On another note, I came here about 8 months ago and was very happy with the former manager, Pierre. He explained everything to me in a way I really felt confident that he was not trying to rip me off. He was also very nice and had great customer service skills.

  I took my vehicle here on Tuesday March 3rd because of a flashing engine light, after they did a diagnostics test I needed new spark plugs and the wires to be changed because of misfires etc. The manager Michael was very helpful and accommodating, in fact I stopped here weeks prior because I had issues with an alternator belt I did myself and he adjusted it quickly and said you are good to go & no worries about a fee. I promised him that I would bring my vehicle back because of the professionalism, and that's exactly what I did when I had these recent issues. The manager all the way to the mechanics there are top notch! I will recommend my friends and family to go here if they will ever need a legitimate mechanic shop for repairs.
