Car dropped off on Saturday morning to pick up on Sunday. Requested oil change with synthetic and check on switch not working. Special for oil change was $78, however, was being billed total of $127. When question the difference was told my car takes 6 it's is 5 it's for special. The ad did not distinguished # of qts. Attendant was very rude, loud and not understanding. I reluctantly paid and left never to come back after so many years visiting this store. BTW, switch was never looked at. Terrible service šŸ˜‘

Can’t go wrong with Transparent fair pricing, guaranteed quality work, and excellent customer service. šŸ‘šŸ¾ God Bless Mike. Not only was he transparent, helpful, kind and knowledgeable during my interaction, he met everyone that stepped through his doors including his team w/ the same authenticity. Most people avoid the auto-shop, but Mike is a standup guy who you can tell takes care of people. He’s earned my respect and continued business.

My family and I have been customers of this TC location for more than a decade and we have referred others here too. No more. First, is my already described (in another review under Albert Markowitz) recent experience with having 4 new tires installed and the subsequent damage to one of them only a week later and the complete non-service by this location when we returned to have that tire repaired/replaced. Additionally, though, a primary reason we have come here is because of its former manager Pierre Page. He was almost universally great to work with and was reasonable when it came to pricing and proposed service(s). Always trusted him; not always an easy thing to find in the world of automotive services. In fact, I brought my car in for the 4-tires replacement largely because of my respect for him. So, I was shocked to learn after the work on my car began that he had been let go by the company. Any one who scans through the reviews in here will see that many a customer made it a point to credit Pierre (or, in error, "Peter") for their satisfaction with their customer experiences. Apparently, though, that long term relationship building means little to others at the company. Is it all now just "the bottom line"? Is $118 million in annual corporate revenues simply not enough for TC or the $1.2 billion of its parent company, Munro? In any case, we'll be taking our service elsewhere and if Pierre lands elsewhere in the area, we'll likely be going there.

UPDATE (Part 2, via Eric Sleeper): Continuing with my review immediately below. This then brings me to my second basis for never coming back. I dropped roughly $1,200 for the tire replacements and alignment. When I cashed that out no one offered me any extended warranties (such as road hazard coverage), even though I learned today that other TC locations in the area specifically tell their customers at the time of installation of that option and their ability to accept/reject it. Well, not at this location. Why is that relevant? Because less than a week after installation (having only put roughly 70 miles on 80,000 mile manufacture warranty tires), one of the tires was punctured by an errant piece of metal left in the road. Now, one might wonder why that tire was so easily punctured only after a week on the road, including whether the material in the tire was defective, but I assumed that this TC location would either confirm a warranty-covered defect, provide a loyalty discount to take care of the tire or, at the very least, help secure a "goodwill concession" from Michelin. I have little doubt that prior management would have done that in a heartbeat. Nope, no more. Instead, after looking at the damaged tire, current management at this location (1) said I had no extended warranty coverage on the tire (you know, the same type of coverage they failed to even mention as an option when I purchased the tire just a week prior), (2) said I would simply have to pay full cost for a new tire, (3) claimed that a regional manager confirmed as much in a call, and (4) any "goodwill concession" would have to come after the fact solely by me contacting Michelin after I was caused to [pay this location the full price for a new tire (i.e., they weren't going to do anything for me at this TC location). To add insult to injury, they didn't even mention simply trying to repair the tire, if possible. In a call to Michelin, they advised me to take my car to another dealer, contacted a few for me to consider, and when I took it to another they, in fact, determined that the tire was repairable and repaired it at 1/6 the cost of what I would have incurred here. Well, never again. If this place is going to be beholden to just the bottom line and nickel & diming their customers (a number of who are seniors are limited set incomes), I can go to any number of other service shops for that. Also, if Pierre lands himself at another service location in the area, even if a longer drive for me and my family, he will be the one to get our business and there will be no future referrals from us for this location. We're out of here. Be forewarned.

Not a good experience: Brought 4 Pre programmed TPMS to be installed… The technician was slightly inexperienced- he had to have the front desk manager help him. The technician initially could not find me wheel lock which was initially in the glove box. During the time the technician was working on my car, the manager had him stop to assist another customer that had just pulled up. MY Time is just as valuable as any other client. However no explanation was provided to me. That was an additional 10 or so minutes added to the experience … So added to that i received the car back with different tire pressure in each tire 50lbs /35lbs in the front and 42lbs in the back… Even though the shop is convenient, i will be taking any additional business elsewhere kind regards
