He mentioned that he handles coaching and he exhibited pride in his job which is hard to find. I’m strongly considering a membership after speaking to him. One way or another, I’ll be back based on his exemplary customer service. I do have to update and say that after I got home and looked at the outcome, passenger side was clean but I had to wipe down the drivers side with a microfiber clothe to get rid of a lot of dirt and grime.
