Lol The manager personally walks around and offers to help with anything. I've been to other locations and they are not ran nearly as cleanly or nicely as this one. Excellent customer service and I'm happy to spend my money here!

My sister pulled into the car wash after a long road trip, and before a single soap bubble could even touch the car, one employee looked at the dirt on her car like he had just uncovered an ancient curse. The grimace. The visible disgust. The dramatic pause. You would’ve thought this Honda personally offended his bloodline. Sir… this is literally a CAR WASH. Dirty cars are kind of the whole business model. The way he stared at the windshield in horror like he was being asked to clean the Titanic wreckage honestly deserves an Oscar nomination. My sister felt like she needed to apologize for existing. If your employees are emotionally devastated by dust and pollen, perhaps a different career path should be explored. That being said, the guy who checked us in was absolutely lovely and genuinely kind. On the bright side, the car did get cleaned. Hopefully the employee recovers emotionally from the experience.

All the staff I have interacted with have been respectful and helpful. I have a membership and do think it is worth it! I do wish that they had staff to briefly wipe down the cars after the wash but overall, great experience and location!
