  I called this place and told then that I had made some repairs to the front end of my truck and I needed it aligned afterwards. They told me to bring it in. When I got here they looked and told me it needed 2 front tires. They told me there were wires showing on one of them. I told them that I had not thought it was that bad and when we walked ousltside to look, there were not any wires visible. He said they must be on the bottom. I told them that I was going to put the spare tire on after they aligned it and the other tire still had tread. Then they came back and told me my spare was flat and too old to use. They finally said they would not work on it if I did not buy tires. I took it home and pulled out the spare. It had never been on the ground, had no dry rotted and was not flat just a little low. The other three tires were fine except for an inside wear pattern which is what I was there to correct anyway. I am from out of town and just needed to get my truck home. I will take it back to people who will not try to take advantage of me. I am extremely mechanically I lined and was very aware of what I was asking for. Update: The owner personally called me about this. He was extremely polite and explained that at least one of the issues was due to a policy from the franchise is that they can not do anything with a tire that is over 4 years old. I am changing my review to 3 stars. He also offered to help me if I would come back in. Unfortunately, I am headed back to Alabama and will not have time.

  Mr. David is such a great helper and took care of me with no hesitation. He found 2 nails in my tire patches it for me and I was happy with the great customer service!! Thank you 🥰🤦🏾‍♀️

  I had new tires put on a few months ago (NOT at Tire Kingdom) and noticed yesterday that I was missing lug nuts off 2 tires. Called Tire Kingdom/Apalachee Parkway and spoke with John. He said come over and they could help me out. Great service by John and I was ready to go in less than 25 minutes.Thank you so much! Need tires or repairs this is the place to go !

  I came to get a wheel alignment & when I left there were dashboard lights on. Chad was not the one who did it but when I came back the next day he was very professional and fixed it immediately. Thank you chad !!!!!

  I had been dealing with the an issue with my right front tire for a while. I thought it was just our Florida weather. Turns out it was nail! Welp the fellas at Tire Kingdom patched me up, on a Saturday afternoon, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, I brought some work, I didn’t even have enough time to set up lol. If you ever need exceptional service! This is to the place to go!!!
