  My experience was Unprofessional, poor communication, poor customer service, untrustworthy and overall they did not care which is typical from large companies. Will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. Very very bad experience.

  Excellent experience with the adjustor/estimator (Anthony), who sourced the rear window glass to be replaced on our 2019 Buick sedan, after Safelight said the glass was a discontinued part. Very professional installation and post installation cleanup of the vehicle and all done promptly and efficiently. Thank you, Anthony, for your very professional help in the repair of our vehicle!

  I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram in October of 2018 and had an accident in November.Little did I know that it would be extremely difficult to repair my 2019 truck in 2018, because parts for these trucks where on National backorder not available until 2019. My truck literally sat in the Collision Centers parking lot for almost a month. I was calling and calling trying to figure out the status of my truck and no one seemed like they had any information on my truck. Until one man got involved he is the supervisor of Universal collision on Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, his name is Emory. He went above and beyond locating and tracking down parts all over the country to get my Truck fixed. Kept me updated all the time. Texted me ,even after business hours, letting me know the status of my truck. He did a fantastic job, even in the face of Dodges horrible customer service and case management team that would not help with any parts( that’s a another story)!! I am a business owner myself and Emory and Universal Collision Center is definitely a great place to take your vehicle, they are really good. Also, the truck looks fantastic!!!!!!!
