  Doing this review on behalf of my mother. She says she was THOROUGHLY pleased with the work done as well as the exemplary customer service provided from management as well as the associates. She was kept abreast of what was happening with her truck every step of the way, when her truck was returned it was washed and cleaned inside and out. BRAVO Gerber Collision and Glass at 2751 W. Tenn. St. and thank you very much. This service took place March 2026

  This body shop is the best! Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer but each time my car comes back looking showroom new. Casey, the estimator I've worked with, is professional and friendly, keeping me updated every step of the way. All the personnel at Gerber's have been welcoming and wonderful. If you ever need a body shop, this is the best and I highly recommend them.

  This is the place to go for any and all body work. From start to finish the staff keep you informed throughout the whole process. If there are any delays the estimator makes sure to update you. They handle all the back and forth with insurance regarding repairs and truly care about their customers, always taking the time to answer questions. They want to make sure you’re completely happy with the work which is a big thing. Such easy and sweet staff to work with!

  I’m not proud of what I did… but Gerber Collision deserves this review. I brought the whole disaster to Gerber Collision fully expecting either laughter or a therapist recommendation. Instead? Absolute pros. They looked at my truck like, “Yeah, we got this,” which honestly shocked me because I was pretty sure I had just invented a new category of damage. No judgment, no hassle—just straight-up skill. They kept me updated the whole time, explained everything, and somehow didn’t revoke my driving privileges on the spot. When I picked it up, I thought I walked up to the wrong truck. It looked so good I almost felt unqualified to drive it again. Like I needed to reapply. I went from “this thing is totaled” to “did this just come off the showroom floor?” These guys didn’t just fix my truck—they erased my bad decisions. If you ever accidentally turn your vehicles into a modern art installation like I did, Gerber Collision is who you call. Five stars, and I’m considering bubble-wrapping everything I own from now on.

  5 stars for Gerber Collision! From start to finish, everything felt smooth, honest, and stress-free. The environment felt safe and comfortable, with nothing but respectful, professional service. They kept me updated throughout the process and made everything easy to understand. My car came back looking amazing, like nothing ever happened. Truly a place you can trust. Hopefully I won’t need collision repair again, but if I do, I’d come right back here.
