  It was easy to make the appointment with them to check my vehicle. I was surprised though when I got there that there was a diagnostic fee of $169 PLUS tax which came up to almost $200.00 !! No one mentioned about it when I confirmed my appointment, not even on the fine prints on the link that was sent to me. They were very professional, overall. I was able to get my car back in a little less than a week. The price to fix it was a bit pricey though but it is what it is, better than buying a new car at this time when car prices are ridiculously way overpriced! I give them 3-1/2 to 4 stars

  I came to furrin auto on April 1st to get my car checked. They told me that it would be cheaper to get an oil change versus just getting an inspection. I paid almost $200 for an oil change and from my knowledge my grandma only paid $100 for a car inspection. On top of that my windows stopped working after I left from them. Apparently the motors went out on my front two windows. I haven’t contacted furrin since the incident I figured it would be better if I just took my car elsewhere. I do want to say whoever picked me up in the newer black suv was very kind and I enjoyed having a conversation with her! Staff wasn’t unpleasant pretty chill. My main complaint is my windows not working and being told that just getting an oil change would be cheaper than an inspection. Update: I was not overcharged and the issue with my windows were because a fuse had blew! Ms Nicole got me in the same week and fixed my windows as well as had someone else inspect my car! My car definitely needs some fixing but they are taking good care of me! Definitely recommend speaking with Ms Nicole! She’s the best!

  We had a surprise leak in our VW Tiguan, and it could not hold coolant at all. Apparently, this is common issue with the Tiguans. I called a few places first thing on a Friday morning. Furrin got us an inspection appt immediately. The other shops couldn't inspect the vehicle until the following week. When we dropped car off to Furrin, they indicate what was mostly the issue and they keep a ready stock of the parts for this particular known problem. Furrin had a mechanic that was coming in on a Saturday and her worked on vehicle over the weekend. I picked up our car Saturday afternoon. This shop is a pleasure to work with. They could not have fixed our car any faster. These guys got us back on the road with minimal effort. THANK YOU!

  Nicole was fantastic, very professional and easy to talk to. I would recommend Furrin Auto Alley to anyone who needs to have their car serviced. They don't stop until they get the job done and they don't over charge, their prices are very reasonable. I want to thank everyone at Furrin Auto Alley for working with me in getting my car repaired.   The experience I had with this shop was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone there was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, and it was clear they truly care about both their work and their customers. They repaired my Mercedes CLS 550 and replaced nearly the entire AirMatic system, and I could not be more impressed with the results. My car is riding perfectly now — truly like it’s brand new from the dealership. The quality of work, attention to detail, and level of professionalism were exceptional. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing job they did and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and top-quality service.
