    When I was hit by a teenager who wasn't paying attention an ran a red light, her insurance company sent me to this Enterprise to pick up a rental until my car was fixed. While the experience of the two guys was good, they were very nice, the car was incredibly small, uncomfortable, smelled bad, and pulled to the right. The size of the car was based on how cheap her insurance company is, not the fault of Enterprise. I do not agree with the $50 deposit being taken immediately and not put in a processing state until the car is returned, but they did finally give it back to me. Were the two guys at the office nice? Incredibly. But I do hope I am never hit again? Absolutely.

    Employees were very professional and courteous during our process. The vehicle provided to us was clean and ready to go. It was a pleasure.

    Chris was top notch and very accommodating and professional. We feel so fortunate to have chosen this company and more so this location. Every Enterprise employee we worked with in Tallahassee was fantastic! Thanks again!

    Apparently being an authorized user of a credit card is not good enough to use a card to rent a car. And what happened to them picking you up? That was their whole gimmick...they'd pick you up. NOPE! Wasn't even an option. Ill never use Enterprise again. Straight garbage!
