I asked if a complimentary wash could be provided to properly rinse the vehicle, but was told entering a comp code would require additional steps and that I could wait for a pressure wash instead. I ultimately chose to leave and paid for another wash at a different Whistle Express Car Wash location. The attendant there mentioned that a comp code could have been entered at the original site. I understand that equipment issues can happen, but I did pay for the premium service and had to pay again elsewhere to correct the problem. I would appreciate a complimentary Gold Wash to resolve this matter.
