The vacuums worked well, but the wash was terrible! My car wasn’t clean at all. I was hoping to apply Nu Polish on it after this wash and noticed dirt everywhere. My hub caps were also still very dirty. Pretty dissatisfied customer.

Two of us went to complain and were told we Could drive back thru again. How does this solve the issue! They should be closed until repairs can be made. Staff didn’t want to return our money either. No other management team member offered any other solution. Better ask before you swipe!
