When this car wash first opened, my car was particularly dirty and I thought my kids would get a kick out of going through a car wash so I took them through it. At that time, there was a digital board where I was able to select the wash I wanted. The lowest one was $8. I selected that one and was impressed with the vacuum and other cleaning options. I've gone a total of 3 times this calendar year, including last month (Sept 2025). All 3 times, there was a worker standing there who had a tablet and asked which wash I wanted. Both times I replied "the cheapest one" and explained I mostly wanted to use the vacuum and other cleaning options. I wasn't asked if I wanted a receipt, nor (to be fair) did I ask for one. I just assumed it was somewhere in the $8-11 range. I was looking for another charge on my latest credit card statement, and happened to notice the Whistle Express charge for $17.95 for a BASIC wash. So maybe 2 minutes of driving my own car through the tunnel and then vacuuming it out myself. I then went and searched to see what I had been charged previously. It was $8-9 in 23' and 24'. This year, I was charged $15.75 in January, $10.74 in May and $17.95 in September. Needless to say, I won't be going back. $18 to basically wash the car myself is ridiculous and inconsistent and hidden prices are just scammy.

These 2 gentlemen took their time for us to make sure all the paint came off. We were so grateful for their patience with us. We highly recommend coming to this location.
- ECEllen CarrellOct 18, 20252.0Club member fast through lane shut down so had to wait 20 mimutes for someone in new member lane to get squared away with membership - when asked the attendant at kiosk why, he stated some nonsense answer like "they all are shutting down" What?!?!! After going through wash, car was soaking wet from grill to bumper coming out as dryer blowers apparently not working and so add insult to injury, NO DRYING TOWELS AVAILABLE IN 3 closest towel racks to my car, so had to dry entire car with towels pulled from dirty baskets and noticed multiple sections that washing strips did not even touch, they remained filthy and gritty. Second time at this location I've had similiar experience, although better service at others around Tallahassee, so haven't cancelled my membership yet, but still considering it
