  I got a full set of Mavis brand tires with warranty here 3 weeks ago. The other night I had two tires pop at the same time in Memphis and was stranded for 4 hours. I obviously had to get them replaced with used tires so I could get back home. When I first got back to the store for replacements the attendant told me he couldn’t do anything about it because I had taken the tires off the rims. (Obviously because you cant drive 500 miles on spares and no one has 2 spares in their car) but after finding two holes in the tires he changed his mind and decided he could work with me. The manager also spoke to me as if having two Mavis brand tires popping at the same time 3 weeks after installation was a normal occurrence, which makes me seriously the question the store and Mavis brand. They wouldn’t allow me to change to different tires and wouldn’t let me keep the two replacement tires I bought in Memphis for $300, so that they could resell them themselves. Don’t buy Mavis brand tires and don’t come to Tire Kingdom or Mavis Brand Tire shops.

  I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the experience my loved one had at this Tire Kingdom location. My aunt went in for a simple tire rotation and oil change, yet left dealing with unnecessary stress and disrespect. While my aunt was sitting inside her vehicle, one of Tire Kingdom’s employees hit her car with another vehicle door. Despite this happening while she was physically in the car and witnessed it firsthand, staff denied any responsibility and acted as if nothing occurred. Being accused of lying about damage she personally experienced was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. What made this situation even worse is that only after she mentioned calling 911 to report the incident did management suddenly want to “resolve” the issue. It is sad and pathetic that accountability was only considered once law enforcement was mentioned. No customer should have to escalate to that level just to be taken seriously. On top of all of this, they also failed to put one of her tire valve caps back on, showing a clear lack of attention to detail and care for customer vehicles. This experience showed a serious lack of integrity, accountability, and basic customer respect. Because of how this was handled, neither I nor my aunt will ever return to this establishment. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicle—or their word—to this location.

  Hace casi un mes llegue buscando llantas para mi auto. El que me atendió, me atendio muy amable. Todo bien. Le pedí que me diera el presupuesto para dos llantas. Quedamos en 650 por las dos. Cuando esperaba me dijeron que necesitaba alineación por 119 dolares mas, les dije que estaba de acuerdo. Cuando me avisaron que estaba listo el auto me cobraron 1,800 porque le habían cambiado las 4 llantas sin consultarme mas discos y otras partes. Cuando les reclame que porque no me consultaron me dijeron que porque las necesitaba. El que había atendido ya no estaba. Creo que debieron de haberme consultado. Que hubiera pasado si no hubiera llevado el dinero ero para pagar? Por eso allí no vuelvo.

  The mechanics there are kind, humorous, and have great chemistry with one another. Excellent customer service. They helped me minutes before close when my splash guard and wheel well came apart on the road. Great vibes!
