Isn’t this considered stealing customers ? I asked for a diagnosis at his job he told me not to go there cause he could look at it. I’ve had him diagnose my car at his job when he also worked at mavis and he would fix whatever wrong with it instead of letting the shop fix it. Isn’t it a breach of contract? He didn’t fix the issue this time

Your employee (Chad with the dreads) taking customers from the shop and working on cars himself instead of letting the customers get there car worked on professionally. Spent $300 on a belt change and a oil change while he sat outside on YOUTUBE trying to figure out how to change it. Paid him $125 cash and the rest in MARY JANE (TREE). A week later I had the same issues with my car squealing and he said it was MAYBE the pulley. I asked him multiple times do I just need to take it to the shop he work at and let them diagnose is and he said no he was sure what was the issue which now isn't even FIXED. ITS OKAY FOR MECHANICS TO SMOKE TIRE KINGDOM? AFTER HE DIDNT FIX MY ISSUE HE BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK. EVEN AT MAVIS HE'S FIXED MY CAR ON THE CLOCK WITH A PART I PERSONALLY BOUGHT I JUST HAD TO BRING THE PART AND WHEN THE RIGHT PEOPLE WASNT THERE HE WOULD DO ANYTHING I NEED TO BE DONE AND ILL PAY HIM INSTEAD OF THE SHOP.

The manager here was so helpful to our ministry by assisting me with my battery that another business carelessly handled. The trust with Tire Kingdom on Apallachee Parkway is now my go to place for brakes, alignments and anything else they handle. I will be paying for my brother's brakes or more to be done based on that little but serious care they gave me. For that I owe you so I'm giving you me and my brother and associates as new customers. You get the customer service award from CitySide Ministries and king Stevian.

Just got my tires filled at Tire Kingdom by Melvin. I came in late right before closing and he had no issues helping me. He did the job quickly and was very respectful.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I've always gone to tire kingdom for my alignment and tire needs, but this Apalachee location is not the one to go to. I went in for an alignment and the got me taken care of at first, but the a week later I took it back in because it wasn't driving straight and pulled to the right really hard. When I took it back in they tried to tell my girlfriend that my struts were bad on all corners of my car and that my front control arms were bent. When I went the first time to get my alignment I specifically asked them if anything was wrong and if anything was bent and they told me to my face that it was all good. And when I went back they told me they wouldn't fix my alignment, which was covered under warranty with them, if I didn't get my struts and control arms replaced (I don't even know why they would give me an alignment in the first place if that stuff was bent).
I asked the mechanic to show me where my control arms were bent and how my struts were bad and he couldn't do either. He showed me on his car what bad struts looked like and tried to tell me mine were bad like his, but I know they aren't because all 4 of my struts are brand new, I replaced them myself. His car bounced up and down but when he did the same to mine it returned right back to its normal position.
And as for the front control arms, when I asked him to show me where they were bent he just started talking about how my bushings were bad and that I would need to replace the entire control arm to replace the bushings. But he never actually told me again or showed me where or how they were bent.
This is clearly a case of them trying to pull a fast one on someone who doesn't know much about cars since my girlfriend was the one that drove it there. And them wanting to say that stuff is broken on my car because of age (2003) without actually looking to see if its broken first.
I ended up taking my car to the usual tire kingdom on Ocala rd and asking the techs there if what the other guy said was true and they told me right off the bat that my struts weren't bad, I'm taking it back next week for them to take a better look at my control arms and try and get my alignment redone. But if I learned one lesson from this, don't go to the Apalachee Tire kingdom, go to the Ocala Rd one.
