They are the only shop in town that truly understands the SRT alignment beyond what the computer spits out, especially the factory setup with aggressive negative camber that causes excessive inside tire wear. They knew exactly how to dial that out so my tires last longer without sacrificing real-world drivability, which is far more important to me than chasing performance specs that just eat tires. The work was done quickly, communication was excellent, and the entire team was friendly and professional from start to finish. It’s easy to see why this family-run shop has been trusted in Tallahassee for decades, they’re absolute pros and I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

I'm an American board citizen with a Southern accent when I spoke to him on the phone. He was very friendly. And welcoming the minute I got there and started to translate the Spanish for the gentleman's car who needed to be worked on, his attitude went south. We were treated very rudely passed that point. They started working on the car before giving the quote. Forcing us to pay over $100 more then originally quoted . They quoted us for a factory OEM part and put it Autozone aftermarket part on the car, then continued to beat it with a hammer mauling it up. And if anyone would like pictures, I would be more than happy to supply them. This is a hack job at best. There was definitely a lesson learned here. It's a shame because I just moved here from South Georgia, where Southern hospitality is definitely something that is not found in Tallahassee, Florida, especially at this establishment. Thank you for taking advantage of us, Mr Ricky. I hope you can sleep at night. BEWARE
