I'm an American board citizen with a Southern accent when I spoke to him on the phone. He was very friendly. And welcoming the minute I got there and started to translate the Spanish for the gentleman's car who needed to be worked on, his attitude went south. We were treated very rudely passed that point. They started working on the car before giving the quote. Forcing us to pay over $100 more then originally quoted . They quoted us for a factory OEM part and put it Autozone aftermarket part on the car, then continued to beat it with a hammer mauling it up. And if anyone would like pictures, I would be more than happy to supply them. This is a hack job at best. There was definitely a lesson learned here. It's a shame because I just moved here from South Georgia, where Southern hospitality is definitely something that is not found in Tallahassee, Florida, especially at this establishment. Thank you for taking advantage of us, Mr Ricky. I hope you can sleep at night. BEWARE

- NLNina LeavinsJul 7, 20255.0It took me 2 days and calling/visiting over 10 places to get a simple alignment on my Jeep Gladiator with a 4-inch lift. Either no one could do it or they weren't there. Who knew an alignment was such a big deal. I finally found Sirmons who made short work of the task everyone else refused to do. I will absolutely be back in the future! I will be sending my mom here with her truck when she gets her leveling kit installed for her alignment. Thank you Sirmons Alignment and Brake!
