My husband and I are both 66, and needed the lift gate as we are the only ones loading the truck. If we get hurt, I will BLAME penske for NOT providing the equipment we had requested. When you complain, you have to listen to blame game between the 1-800 customer service and the rude people in Tallahassee that obviously have no idea what it's like to move long distances.
