  Smaller airport w limited options. Status here does not matter. Car was brand new w8 miles but it was so cheap it had over current popping up on my screen when I started driving it. Burning smell when I arrived to hotel. Reported it to the agent when I returned and I was told they closed the ticket out by mistake. So much for customer service.

  Very Bad Experience. I switched from using another big great company to use National, well bad decision, this is not a good company focus con customer service. Dirty car rented in Tallahassee location, we breath dirtiness and bad smell for 5 hrs trip, no mats in the floor, exterior car and tires like they did a deep mud car road, the Auto Car navigator did not work for apple or android, and when I asked to be exchanged at my destination in Tampa city,when I showed up next day, the manager himself did not take the time to look at the computer where the case was directed to his location to exchange the car, he just open the door to get me out of the location and send me to reaolve my situation someplace else, no a call or guidance ...nothing...so if you re luck with a car fine but if ypu have issues do not expext this company to reaolve it. 5 interaction even one escalation over the phone and I am for an entire week paying an expensive dirty car that does not even work its navigator.
