Taylor is very unprofessional and uses unethical tactics to overcharge customers. I took my vehicle in to replace two tires that were covered under the warranty. I didn't have my paperwork with me but the gentleman who was ringing up my transaction stated that I did have the warranty and stated it would be a certain amount. Taylor then got on to another computer and stated that I did not have the warranty and was going to charge me a couple of hundreds of dollars more then what the young man stated it was going to be. Taylor stated that he has only been working there a couple of weeks and doesn't know what he's talking about. I stated that no he has been working here longer then that because he was the one who waited on me several months ago when I brought my Camaro in for new brakes. Taylor had no response to that. I went home and got my paperwork from when I did buy the tires and it does show that I did indeed purchase the warranty. I did call Mavis corporate and filed a complaint against her and her unethical tactics. I was too that a regional manager would be reaching out to me but as of today I have had no response. The way that Taylor tried to scam another couple of hundreds of dollars out of me makes me wonder about the numerous amount of people that she has already scammed all for her increased point of sales and increased profit margin. I would give this store a very negative star but unfortunately it won't let me. So buyer beware when you go into this location and Taylor tries to scam money out of you. Posted this 12 hours ago and their corporate offices must have read my truthful review and had some bots write good reviews to try to hide this one 😅😂. Again buyer beware of the scam tactics that this company uses to scam you out of your hard earned money.

They very professionally and apologetically offered to refund me the difference and investigate why it happened in the first place. It is extremely evident that Mavis cares about their customers. I am happily changing my rating as being a business owner myself, I know problems will always arise. It's how a business handles those problems that is the true measure of a good company. Thank you Mavis, I will definitely be back! I really hate to leave a bad review as the personnel were very friendly and proficient at what they did. My issues all stem from the corporate mechanism the personnel are required to work within. I went online to shop for tires. Through their website, I picked tires I could use based on the price and availability quoted. I made an appointment Through their site based on having another appointment close by the same day. When I arrived at my appointed time, they pulled my car in, removed my tires, and then discovered my tires had not come in that morning. After being there an hour, they had to put my old tires back on and I had to drive the 70 mile round trip the next day to get the tires installed. The whole time the store personnel were apologetic. Once I got home with the new tires installed, I looked closer at my receipt and discovered they charged me more than the website listed. I emailed asking them to explain the difference and a week later, have heard absolutely no response.
